Please Note: XPEL has over 150,000 patterns, being specific of the vehicle you are enquiring about is important to quote you correctly, as pricing is determined by meters and varies with each model & Sub-Model.

Warranty Claims
Once we have assessed the photos and your claim, a determination will be made as to whether the alleged damage or claim falls within the product and or fitment warranty. Written feedback and the action to be taken, if any, will be provided in due course. Should you require a visual assessment thereafter, and it is found that the damage or remedy required falls outside the scope of the product and fitment warranty, a call out fee of R550.00 excluding VAT will be due and payable by yourself. Should you not be willing to pay the aforementioned call out fee, a visual inspection and/or assessment at our premises can also be arranged (prior booking required). Should the assessment conclude that the damage relates to incidental damage caused by an accident, incorrect use or improper care of the film, normal wear and tear or damage resulting from incorrect washing of the film (i.e. high pressure hose usage) or any other damage whatsoever that does not fall within the product and or fitment warranty, the warranty shall be null and void and we will provide you with a quotation for the replacement of said panel/section of film.
